These reasonable variations are part of the nature of individually customized hair products and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

However, product colors and appearance may vary depending on photography, lighting, screen brightness, monitor settings, and individual devices.

Please carefully review all available photographs, descriptions, specifications, lengths, colors, cap information, and other product details before purchasing.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Certain TiaStylesMe wigs may be available in limited quantities, including one-of-one or limited-release units.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee availability until checkout has been successfully completed and the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product availability at any time.

4. PRICING

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of wigs and hair products, eligible returns are generally exchange-only.

Wigs that have been worn, altered, washed, cut, styled, treated with products, or returned with cut or altered lace may not qualify for exchange.

Customers are responsible for following appropriate care instructions after receiving their products.

Damage caused by improper washing, excessive heat, chemicals, improper installation, incorrect product use, cutting, coloring, alteration, neglect, or ordinary wear and tear after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect.

11. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional offers, discount codes, free-shipping offers, and other promotions may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers as permitted by applicable law.
